At the moment I make queries using Query Manager. However, if I want to access MSSQL server from a client workstation in order to make queries which tool should I install?
Is it SSMS client?, and compatible versions?
We have SAP B1 running on MSSQL_2014.

some of the documentation you referenced is from 2011, not a good source.
The most typical reasons for described issue are listed in SAP Note 1602674 - SAP Business One mobile app for iOS - Troubleshooting and compatibility information, see 5.)

While posting the Journal Entry in the Consolidation company, system uses the account which is mapped in the consolidation account mapping screen in Branch company.
As per your example, system uses the account mapped against the Account receivable and sales revenue in the branch company:
Debit < Account Receivable>
Credit <Sales Revenue>

Hi, I have a scenario like this. An external company(Sender) sends XML files as attachment in the email via SMTP to our mail address, then we pickup the xml file and finally send it to B1 after mapping in the style-sheet (Receiver). I know there is an receive mail atom that supports to receive email. my question is simple, What "System Type" for the "Sender" should I use in this case?

I am not sure if I can use a "Void" as inbound?
Can not see Payment Terms (GroupNum) in the list of fields available in the Obj17 XSLT template.
Could someone please advice how to set the Payment Term on an order when creating using Obj17 in B1if.
(Can see <PaymentMethod>, but I like to set Payment Terms )

Of course it's recommended to have the B1i version aligned with the B1 version (taken from the same B1 installation/upgrade package.
In general B1i and B1 taken from different versions are compatible. But please be aware if you are planning to use standard integration content like the sap.mobile scenario or others you need to test them for your specific B1 - B1i combination, first.

I have a problem about define receiver system filter.
In the Define Receiver Filter,I input the xpath like this ,/vpf:Msg/vpf:Header/vpf:Sender/@Id = /vpf:Msg/vpf:Header/vpf:ReceiverList/vpf:Receiver[./handover='P']/@Id.But when I run the step ,the B1if show me the error:Prefix "vpf" is not mapped to the namespace.If I delete the vpf,the filter always failed,all outbound are filtered.Anyone else can tell me how to sovled this problem?

Yes you can use Void as inbound & set the timer at what interval time you want to run the scenario or receive the mail.

I am new to Integration Framework. I am on B1 9.2 with HANA.
I am trying to create a scenario in which I daily get Exchange Rates from a webservice. This works fine, but I have a problem when I am trying to break down the XML-file and to a 'for-each'. I am using xPath to select the nodes but it is not working.
In online xPath-testers I get and error that the namespace is not resolved.
Any ideas how to handle namespace in Integration Framwork with xPath selection?

I know thread is very old but because I faced the same problem, I proposed the solution.
Please switch your integration step to "SAP Business One DI Single Transaction", so that each DI API Call commits immediatelly.
