Hi Tushar,
Check if the scenario package exist or not?
If problem persists, please raise the ticket on Global SAP GSC.

Yash
Hi Tushar, all,
As Yash stated before, the intercompany solution does not yet support the SAP Business One 9.2 versions being currently in Early Adopter Care Program.
This current limitation is documented in SAP note 2216195.
When 9.2 versions are general available we plan to have updated and concrete statements on 9.2 compatibility.
Hope this helps, Peter

Dear Experts
After having configured the B1 Intercompany Integration solution, I've begun testing the automatic document flow in SBO.
I've made a Purchase Order with my branch company as vendor.
The system created a Sales Order Draft in the branch company database, but I can only get to that document by means of a SQL search in SBO.
The Draft isn't visible in the document drafts' report.
Are there any reasons or solutions for this problem?
Thanks in advance
Dear Manuel,
We just identified the root cause. Actually it seems to be related to the Android 6 upgrade as you assumed as well.
Generally it looks currently like an incompatibility between Android 6 and older versions of SAP Business One.
Please see SAP note 2315171 - Mobile application on Android 6.0 shows "Connection failed" error
Best regards, Peter
hi Ronny,
Thanks a lot, i did recheck all my steps,i was calling wrong step for my package
Thanks a lot
Hi Peter,
Besides the solution you provide, I was able to import the certificate with the following steps:
- open the certificate myCA.cer file with file explorer
- select option "Copy to" and select first option "DER encoded binary X.509 (.CER"
- send new myCA.cer file to my mobile via email
This way I was able to install it within gmail inbox,
mdias
Hi Thomas,
You will need to add a box bracket around your condition. See the bits highlighted in RED below
/*[/vpf:Msg/vpf:Body/vpf:Payload[./@id='atom17']/[./@DIresult=‘failure’]]
Hello Nico,
have you change the Log-Config in xcellerator.cfg?
Best Regards
Ronny
Hi,
It doesn't matter what log level you choose. It depends where an error occurs. If it's in Inbound phase then Sender is empty. I'm not sure but probably if the error occurs in Processing and Inbound Channel is B1 Event then Sender is always empty.
Kind Regards,
Szymon
Hi Martin,
You can read edi file using Inbound flat file. You can also use .Net dll to convert it. Use Call .Net atom for that.

Szymon
Hi Peter,
Thanks.
But I faced this issue on SAP 9.1 PL 11.
& my intercompany integration add-on version is also (2.0.16.0)
Regards,
Tushar
Hi,
What is the error message in message log? It should also in Msg element.
Hi Tushar,
But you wrote the following:
"I installed the add-on (2.0.16.0) on SAP B1 9.2 without any error.
But when i try to deploy the template its give me the error "Error occurred in deployment process" after that its give me the attached message."
Nowhere it is mentioned that you are using SBO 9.1 PL11.
Please raise a support ticket with SAP GSC for this issue now.
Regards,
Yash
Hi,
You can find the msg from the customer environment in customer.txt. The msg of my environmnet in my.txt
Kind regards
Hi,
You have to different errors. In my.txt you have error caused by wrong jdbc driver. customer.txt contains DI error and probably that's the reason.
Kind Regards,
Szymon
