the default integration user "B1i" is defined as "Superuser".

Please check if somebody changed this in B1 itself.

Though "Permission" normally does not have anything to do with a license issue, please check if following licenses are assigned to User code "B1i":

• B1iINDIRECT_MSS
• B1i
