Hi,
there is a default scenario package called sap.B1System2 which should fill in the connection parameters for each B1 company DB automatically for B1 OnDemand landscape.
According to the standard scenario sap.B1System2, please check MAINTENANCE -> Cfg B1 Cloud and its documentation.

If your company db connection parameters are still not filled automatically after maintenance, please create a support ticket.
