Hi,
if the documents are not marked as transferred, please log on with an admin user in SAP CCO and try to repost them.
Go into the document list and into the detail there will be a repost button. If there is a problem an error message will appear, furthermore you can check the cmd window.
PLease let me also know which SAP CCO and B1 Release you are using.
