Hopefully someone can help me out with something that's got me stuck.
I have a B1 Service Atom set up to send a message to B1 to notify a list of users if an error occurs in a previous atom. I have a similar step where this still works and I basically copied this solution i.e. atom settings, inbound message structure etc.. The result of the service call says that the call was successful and the Code returned matches the next sequential code, but the message never appears in B1, and an SQL query shows that it has not been written to the SQL database.
I have tried just about everything I can think of and I haven't been able to figure out what might be going wrong, so I'd really appreciate if anyone has experienced this before and can help.
I am using Version 8.81 PL11.
